The Great War began on the first day of the year 2013. It lasted eight years, ending in 2020. It's now been five years since the war ended, landing us in 2025. The five years were spent creating the lands that the humans were methodically placed in. Everything was sped up by help of supernatural creatures on the humans' side. While most just try to survive their treacherous lands, many have formed a New Resistance, training humans to fight in the upcoming war they plan to start against the Royals. Everyone has different opinions, and no one knows what exactly awaits them, but a lot of are revved up to take back their freedom.
