Here at Novum Principio, we enjoy having fun just like everyone else, however, there are a few rules that we all must follow for the better of the community.
Those rules are as follow::

ONE::

We do not allow drama outside of the role-play. This means if you have a problem with another member, or even possibly another character, PM the staff. We will attempt to fix the problem for both of your likings. Staff is here for a reason.

TWO::

Without having a word count, comes responsibility. We would like to see you put some effort into your posts. If you are only writing a few vague sentences, you are not giving any kind of description or information for your fellow members and characters to work off of. So, be creative, be imaginative with your posts, and most of all, make your roleplay entertaining.

THREE::

Each character may be in two role-plays at a time. This allows more roleplay to happen, the plot to progress, and the simple fact that your characters would and should not be condemned to a dead role-play. However, no more than two please.[/color]

FOUR::

Members must be logged in to use the chat box and for roleplay. Remember this. The staff uses this to decide whether or not you are active enough. If you use the chat box without logging in, you will still be seen as absent, so steer clear of this, as it won't save you from member sweeps. ( Our c-box is guest friendly )[/color]

FIVE::

We are aware that we have a variety of ages in our forum, therefore if there is a thread that is specifically for members 18+, please write "M" for mature in your threads' names. This is to prevent any misunderstandings that any other members may have. Also, death pregnancies and other life changing events must run through and be approved by the staff. [/color]

SIX::

Absences must be accounted for. If you are going to be absent for more than two days, it is your responsibility to contact one of the staff members before your leave. Otherwise, your unexplained absence will be seen as inactivity.[/color]

CONSEQUENCES

First Warning:: Reminder
We all make small mistakes, however, they shouldn't
be made consistently.

Second Warning:: Scolding.
We have rules for a reason, please follow them.

Third Warning:: Suspension.
If staff has to remind you for a third time, you will be
asked to read the rules, and will be suspended for a day.

Final Warning:: Banned.
You cannot comply with our rules, you will be asked to
leave Novum for good.


*Final warning can be lifted once former member shows they adhere to rules.
Must apply again, and will be on probation for a set amount of time.*
