But don't think that life is all fun and games for dear Sidney Osbourne, no sir'ee. He is run off his feet evading the boss man and providing quality product for your average Joe. APPEARANCE
Sidney likes to keep his hair longer than the average Civilian. Despite the outbreaks of lice among those who often possess the long, luscious locks, Sid keeps himself free of the nasty little creatures. His hair falls shortest around his jawline and tapers to a longer length throughout the back. From the back he has been mistaken for a female, of which Sidney uses to his advantage in times of need. If left for several days unwashed, Sidney resembles many of the drifters roaming the city above. This too is used to his advantage to mingle and barter with the drifter's crowd. His hair is a basic dark brown, with lighter highlights throughout, but overall nothing special.
The main physical source of Sidney's charisma and charm are his eyes. He can charm you into that purchase of useless trinkets and baubles with a quick glance and a soothing "But this would look lovely in you home, Martha. Just think what the neighbours would say". It is said that eyes are the windows to the soul, but Sidney lays claim that he has no soul, so his eyes are just a reflection of the emotion he needs to play. They are tools of the manipulative and essential for a man of Sidney's occupation. Just watch out, he'll flash those blue marbles at you and you'll have to decipher just what he genuine, and what he is covering for.
Standing at a below average height of 5'6", Sid has not always appreciated his height. For some it is seen as weakness, and certainly in a position such as his, one needs to exude a dominant presence. Unfortunately for Sidney, years of addictive habits have taken a toll on his weight, placing it just above underweight. The only positive to this is that it suits him and his long, angular face shape. While is doesn't exude dominance like he would have liked, Sidney's build is well suited for running and jumping over the brambles and obstacles of the above world city.
BEHAVIOUR
First impressions for Sidney are a crucial part of his assessment of you. It determines many things, are you a client or a companion? You can't be both; things only get messy that way. Ah but for a con, Sidney's first impression is not an accurate judge of his character, as one can imagine. He'll wow you with his charm, maybe flash you a smile, and introduce himself. It's a tactic; he'll want you to reveal hints about yourself first preferably. That way Sid knows where to place you in his mind.
If you are a client, then this is a business relationship. Sid will be kind and courteous, a true professional, provided you don't owe him anything that is. He loves to reel in new customers, but he is careful with whom he converses with. If he has learned anything over the years, it is that humans are untrustworthy. They will rob you blind and plunder your skeleton. They aren't necessarily heartless, merely out for themselves. It's a dog it dog world out there. This seems a tad hypocritical, coming from the con man himself, but it's the truth. Sidney is a realist, and understands the role he plays in society. As said before, he is a professional and with that comes a brutal understanding of how the people of the world really live.
Flipping the coin, and looking at the Sidney's friendships, one would find that Sid is an average person. He is charismatic, funny and knows how to make the best of shitty situation. He's a friend that everyone wants, but few can keep. His moods are erratic and that coupled with secrets and the constant paranoia that everything he is saying is a lie, makes keeping an open friendship hard for him. After repeatedly trusting and caring for people only to have them turn on you, Sidney isn't quick to develop friends. He is wary of the human race and often, many cannot see past the professional front that he puts on.
After seeing how difficult a friend is for Sidney, it is easy to deduce that a lover is certainly not something Sid actively pursues. Sure he's had he fair share of flights of fancy, but there have been small few for whom he found himself seeking companionship from. An even smaller select few returned that feeling. As a lover Sid tends to take a traditional stance, he's not much of a romantic but believes that the woman she be taken care of, and protected. Unfortunately for Sid, he can also comes off as distant and uncaring, during a relationship. He tries to give the lady some space, as oppose to constantly badgering her about her day and her issues. All in all, if given the chance and properly directed Sidney does quite fine with the ladies.
RELEVANT PEOPLE
Sidney's family is no mystery to him. He wasn't abandoned as a child, or a witness to a brutal slaying; Sid is simply the black sheep of the family. He doesn't strive to regain his family, nor does is family have their sights set on seeing him again. They lost contact when Sid was in his mid twenties, but the relationship was damaged long before that. Maybe it was because his father worked to hard, or because he simply could not respect his mother for her weak character. The short of it was they were not happy, functional family. It was when Sidney's extracurricular activities focused on the illegal sides of things, that the fighting and tension ensued. After several months of a silent war, the preverbal cooking pot boiled over. Once the dust settled and the neighbours finally slept soundly, they happy family was reduced to shambles. His father had disowned his son, and subsequently his son had done away with his father. Sidney's mother, a blubbering mess -- over her son's actions, rather than the result -- had become nothing more than a weak pawn her son's eyes, playing for her husbands motives. After the incident, the couple returned to their daily lives, and their son to his activities, and the three never looked back. In hindsight, Sidney regrets the choices made, but does not wish to reconcile with his family. He believes this is the better outcome for both sides.
The following is for the purpose of the roleplay, a place where Sidney will log his thought surrounding the people he has met.

Name Age Last Interaction First Impression Overall Impression Ally 23 City Streets ~ Coffee Shop "Whelp" She's intriguing, bold and confident when she's all alone. But passive and submissive when another person interrupts her one on one session. She has a interest in the market, but I don't think she'll survive. She could be a decent supplier. We'll talk again, and cultivate that rebellious undertone of hers. Nikolai 28 City Streets ~ Coffee Shop "Big Brother" It's only a little obvious of the mutual dislike we have. Provided this was a first encounter, we both have the potential to warm up to each other. He's a traditional man, and thus a poster boy for the Jabari. Everyone should have that pack mentality, and fight as one; all that jazz. He could tear me in two, but I doubt he'd need to. Even a traditional man understands on some level the need for corruption and chaos. I doubt we will willing seek each other out, he has no words for me. Elizabeth 18 Labonita ~ Garden "Your Highness" God she's as dry than a desert. Her face does not show the age and wear her mind has, fortunate I guess. Her mother has worn her soul clear through to the bottom, which is an unfortunate twist of fate. I hear she's ill of the mind, whatever that means. Could be anything from a brain tumor to schizophrenia. Lizzie's got a good heart and humor somewhere in there, she has to, no one could be that boring. Please, I don't know if I could take that. I'll find it though, just have to press the right button, or off the old bat, whichever comes first.
